What kinds of systems do you build?
Internal business systems with forms and multi-step approval routing, web applications with an admin back office of their own, integrations between an existing system and LINE or an external API, and further development on systems an organisation already runs.
What does it cost to start?
Internal business systems start at 120,000 baht. Web applications with an admin back office run 50,000–90,000 baht. System and LINE integration runs 25,000–50,000 baht. Work on an existing system starts at 15,000 baht, and monthly maintenance is 10,000–15,000 baht per month. The real figure depends on scope, the number of screens, and the existing systems involved.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Send a short description of the work — how the process runs today and what is going wrong. A complete specification is not required. We reply with an estimated scope and timeline within 1–2 business days.
How long does development take?
It depends on scope. An integration or work on an existing system usually takes 2–4 weeks. An internal system with approval routing and reporting usually takes 2–4 months. The exact timeline is stated in the quotation along with the delivery date.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. We work with corporate payment cycles of 30–60 days.
Can you handle withholding tax?
Yes. Clients may withhold tax at the standard 3% rate as usual. We ask that the withholding tax certificate be issued to us and sent together with the payment confirmation.
Can you issue quotations and invoices?
Yes. We issue quotations and invoices as PDF documents stating the scope, the fee, the withholding tax amount, the net payable, and the amount in words — in the format Thai company accounting departments can use directly.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. Beyond that, work is billed at the hourly rate of 1,500 baht per hour.
Do you maintain the system after delivery?
Yes. Monthly maintenance covers problem fixing and small improvements each month. Systems we have helped build are still in daily use and have been updated continuously since 2024.
Do you work with clients outside Chiang Mai?
We work with clients anywhere in Thailand and abroad. Scoping, progress reporting, development, and delivery are all handled online.
