The figures above are starting prices. What a project actually costs depends on its scope, the number of screens, and the existing systems it has to connect to. Send us the details and we will prepare an estimate at no cost.
How a project runs
- Scoping conversation — tell us how the process works today and what is going wrong. A complete specification is not required at this stage.
- Written quotation — scope, price, and delivery date stated explicitly.
- Deposit and development — we report progress and hand over work for review at intervals throughout the project.
- Delivery and invoicing — we deliver, revise within the agreed rounds, and invoice according to your payment cycle.
Availability
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that each one gets proper attention. If we are full, we will say so and tell you when we could start. We do not accept more work than we can carry.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit before work begins, the balance on delivery
- Clients may withhold tax at the standard 3% rate; we ask that the withholding tax certificate be issued to us
- We work with corporate payment cycles of 30–60 days
- Two rounds of revisions are included; beyond that, work is billed at the hourly rate
